Suspect wanted for gas station robbery

BOCA RATON, FL-- Boca Raton Police are searching for a suspect involved in an armed robbery at a Sunoco gas station. 

According to the police department, the robbery happened around 6:30 p.m. on Friday at 1930 North Federal Highway. 

The clerk told officers that he noticed a man walking southbound on the sidewalk in the front of the gas station.  The male entered the store, pulled out a black gun, pointed it at the clerk and said, “Give me everything you got,” according to police.

Officials say the clerk pointed to the cash register and the suspect took out an undetermined amount of cash out of the drawer.  The suspect walked out the front door and went north on the sidewalk.  The clerk was not injured.

The suspect is described as a white male, thin build, about 5’10” tall.  Police say he was wearing a long sleeved beige sweater, pants, a white baseball cap and a white bandana over his face
