PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL-- Marines across the country are falling in line for another special operation.
Toys for Tots kicked off Thursday.
Every year the United States Marine Corps collects and hands out toys to less fortunate children for the holidays.
"This year in Palm Beach County we're expecting to see a 50% in requests... and our anticipated toy count is about the same as last year. There's going to be less toys for individual people this year because our demand has gone up, said Sgt. Anthony Bechtel, the "Toys for Tots" Assistant Coordinator.
You can help by dropping off a new, unwrapped toy or baby product at any
"Toys-R-Us" or "Babies-R-Us" store.
The drive runs until December 6-th.
