WEST PALM BEACH, FL -- An early morning accident claimed the life of Brian Davidson on January 17th of this year.
Brian's brother Michael Davidson has been arrested and charged with vehicular homicide.
Davidson's arrest report states that he was driving his Chrysler 300 on East Park Dr. north of Burns Rd. when he struck two palm trees.
Palm Beach Gardens police say that Davidson was going 71 miles per hour in a 25 mile per hour zone.
Davidson, according to police, had a blood alcohol level of .07 % as well as Xanax and Versed in his system at the time of the fatal accident.
Palm Beach County Circuit Court Judge Krista Marx set Davidson's bond at $10,000 at this morning's first appearance.
