Mexican restaurant birds thief caught

WEST PALM BEACH, FL -- A man is under arrest for allegedly stealing three exotic birds from a popular West Palm Beach Mexican restaurant.

William Forbes is charged with dealing in stolen property.

Accused of taking two parrots and a cockatoo early Monday morning from their cages at Aleyda's Restaurant on Okeechobee Blvd.

The owner says the thief sold the birds to someone in Loxatachee who then called police.
