WEST PALM BEACH, FL--Former anchor at WPBF Channel 25, Jon Shainman, started work at NewsChannel 5 Tuesday.
He said he's excited to get back into the community and report on the stories that are important to viewers.
Shainman lives in Jupiter and has worked in the media for twenty years.
As a youngster Shainman used to practice reporting on a tape recorder.
Shainman said he loves informing people and telling stories.
