Shortage of swine flu vaccine cancels clinics

STUART, FL -- Martin County health officials have temporarily canceled clinics offering the swine flu vaccine.

Treasure Coast health officials say they had to back out of clinics scheduled for November 4th because they have temporarily run out of the swine flu vaccine.

Shots will not be given at Anderson Middle School or the Martin County Health Department this week because of the overwhelming demand at clinics in Indiantown and Jensen Beach.
  
Health officials plan to to resume vaccinations on November 14th. Shots will then be available at the City of Stuart Fire Rescue Department.
