VERO BEACH, FL-- A 13 year old is accused of pulling a knife on another student at Oslo Middle School in Vero Beach.

The incident happened Monday.

According to an arrest affidavit: The student told his third period teacher that Isaac Verbeck pulled a knife on him.

The victim said Verbeck continued to open and close the knife in front of him and said he was going to cut him.

A separate witness also heard the knife clicking open and shut about 10 to 20 times.

An assistant principal retrieved a silver 5 1/2 inch switchblade from the Verbeck, according to the affidavit.

The 8th grader refused comment when questioned by a sheriff's deputy.

Verbeck faces charges of aggravated assault and carrying a concealed weapon.
