SEBASTIAN — A head-on collision on U.S. 1 near Main Street had traffic blocked in the city Monday afternoon.
The two-vehicle crash happened about 3:30 p.m. Monday. At least one person was injured and will be flown to a trauma center, officials said.
U.S. 1 at Main Street was shut down about 3:45 p.m. Traffic was diverted onto Indian River Drive while officials investigate the scene. Motorists are urged to avoid the area if possible.
