WEST PALM BEACH, FL -- Joseph League has been arrested and charged with arson.

Early Monday morning, a 1966 Lincoln Continental was set on fire behind Mr. A's Discount market on Miner Road.

Investigators say they were able to identify League on surveillance video taken at the store.

The owner of Mr. A's recognized League as a customer, according to the arrest report.

League, according to investigators, entered the store after the fire wearing a shirt with burn holes and his hands appeared to be blackened from fire.

Palm Beach County Sheriff's deputies also say that League threatened the store owner by saying that he had people in Belle Glade who would protect him.

League was booked into the Palm Beach County jail.
