WEST PALM BEACH, FL--A registered sex offender is charged with trying to seduce a 13 year old online.

Daniel Penn appeared in a West Palm Beach courtroom Monday morning.

He was extradited from Indiana to face charges stemming from an online chat two years ago.

Penn remains behind bars at the Palm Beach County Jail.
