Deputy faces DUI charge

PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL--A Palm Beach County Sheriff's Deputy faces DUI charges following an accident in which his car ended up in a swale.

Investigators say Lieutenant Terry Marvin wound up pinned inside the vehicle and had to be rescued.

According to a probable cause affidavit two bottles of Grey Goose vodka were found behind the front passenger seat. One was empty and the other three quarters full.

Terry said he was not driving and refused a blood test.

He faces a charge of driving under the influence.
