WEST PALM BEACH, FL. --  Manuel Rosado of Royal Palm Beach is being held in the Palm Beach County jail.

Rosado was arrested Monday by the Palm Springs police shortly after the Sterling Bank at 2764 South Congress Ave was robbed.

Police say Rosado was given the money and a dye pack.

Manuel Rosado arrested near the bank with almost $7,500 in cash in his car and red dye on his car seat and pants.

Rosado, according to police. told the arresting officer, "I'm sorry, things are rough."
