  • All barrier islands.
  • All mobile homes.
  • All areas two blocks east of US1, south of Miracle Mile (21st Street).
  • All areas five blocks east of US1 from 21st Street North to 41st Street.
  • All areas two blocks east of US1 from 41st Street North to 89th Street.
  • All areas east of US1 from 89th Street, north to the County Line.
  • All homes considered to be of sub-standard construction.
  • All areas known by residents to be subject to severe flooding resulting from intense rainfall.
Category 4 & 5 Hurricanes: RED IN ABOVE MAP All areas evacuated in Categories one, two and three in addition to:
  • All areas east of the Florida East Coast Railroad tracks running the entire length of Indian River County.
