WEST PALM BEACH, FL -- Former U.S. Congressman Mark Foley had a concise, one-word answer when WPTV's Roxanne Stein first asked him about the man that filled his spot in Congress, Tim Mahoney.  Mahoney's fall from the graces of Congress mirrored Foley's in many ways and Foley spoke about his feelings for his former district, his former staff, and Mahoney's family.
