The Butterball Turkey Talk-Line opened Monday.
The turkey talkers tout their expertise in cooking the perfect bird.
Each of the 50 or so turkey experts, as Butterball calls them, attends Turkey U to help first time cooks and others roast the fabulous fowl.
The Turkey Hotline is open through Christmas Day.
