Producing and co-anchoring Hablando con La Comunidad has been extremely gratifying, giving Monica the opportunity to stay in touch with the Hispanic Community, and deliver news that impacts the Hispanic community.
Monica was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where she graduated with a degree in Journalism from Universidade Gama Filho. Monica also went to dance school for 18 years, where she became a classical ballet, Jazz, tap, and modern ballet dancer. She says journalism and dance have always been her passions.
Monica also enjoys spending time with her family, travelling the world, learning about different cultures and languages and enjoying Florida’s sunshine.
