Fundraiser today for Michael Brewer

DEERFIELD BEACH, FL -- A fundraiser will be held this weekend for the family of Michael Brewer, who remains hospitalized with burns on more than 65 percent of his body. The event will take place Saturday at CJ's Draft House located at the intersection of Hillsboro Boulevard and Military Trail from 1:00 until 7:00 p.m.

Meantime, investigators are looking into an incident involving a family member of the 15-year-old burn victim after his 22-year-old sister found two charred dolls, tied together, floating in her swimming pool. Melissa Durkee discovered the dolls on Thursday.

The 5 boys arrested for the burn attack face formal charges next week.
