Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013, marks the third anniversary of the Haitian earthquake that took the lives of four Lynn University students and two professors who traveled there on the Journey of Hope. Through a full week of service events (Monday, Jan. 7 - Saturday, Jan. 12), students, staff and faculty will live the legacy of those lost by participating in Lynn's third annual Knights Unite Day of Caring.
An ecumenical service will be held in the Amarnick-Goldstein Concert Hall in the de Hoernle International Center at 4pm.
A moment of silence will occur during the ringing of six bells to remember the six Lynn family members who perished in the quake at 4:53pm. Lynn University's third annual Knights Unite Day of Caring is not open to the public.
