Rub and barbecue sauce from Ron Gilbert of Gilbert's Rib King BBQ.

BBQ Rub (basic):
1 cup complete seasoning
1/2 paprika
1/2 cup brown sugar
(additional spices can be added)

BBQ Sauce (basic):
1 cup ketchup
1 cup mustard
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
BBQ rub (to taste)
